  1. While I find the Neiman Marcus building to be rather unattractive, I do like the material usage. You'd never see such quality in a new modern retail center. The integration of the mall entrance into the structure isn't bad either.

  2. NM always has high quality, architecturally current (at the time of construction) stores. They're not always fashionable, but they are certainly stylish.

  3. I'd agree with you 100% about NM stores, Steven. I've always been a fan of how their stores are designed, especially their Michigan Ave. store in Chicago.

  4. The Michigan Avenue store holds a special place in my heart, DM. It's the first NM I ever went to in person and its design really spoke to me. I've never seen another store quite like it.
